AUSTRALIA & NZ 

- All order to AUS come with FREE standard shipping. 

- NZ orders are sent express with flat rate shipping of $20.

INTERNATIONAL

Petite Project ships via DHL Express worldwide for a flat rate of AUD $30 per order.

Estimated delivery times are between 3-7 days. 

Please note: All prices on Petite Project orders are quoted in Australian Dollars. International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any taxes or duties incurred are the full responsibility of the delivery recipient.

In accordance with Australian export regulations, Petite Project is legally required to declare the exact value of all items and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.

If the receiver refuses to pay taxes and duties, the item(s) will be returned to Petite Project and the order will be refunded, excluding any fees involved in the return and original shipping fee.

We are a small team, so all order are dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday.) 

Returns

*ALL SALES ARE FINAL AS WE CLEAR OUT OUR OLD STOCK.*

Refunds will not be processed for change of mind. 

Damaged or faulty

We apologise if an item you have received is not in perfect condition. Please email an image of the fault, along with your order number to hello@petiteproject.com.au for further review.

To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned according to the following conditions:

• The garment is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Garment must be free of any make-up and deodorant marks.
• Your returned item/s arrive at our office within 7 days of receiving your return authorisation.

**Petite Project reserves the right to refuse a return if item(s) are not received in this condition. 

Please note, customers are responsible for posting goods back to Petite Project. We recommend using a prepaid service that offers tracking (such as Australia Post Express). This ensures safe receipt of goods and prevents missing items. Petite Project is not responsible for any lost incoming parcels.

Refunds are made against the original credit card used. We cannot refund onto a different card. All refunds are processed within 2-3 days of receiving your returned item/s, however please keep in mind it can take better 7-10 business days to show in your account, depending on your bank. 

Exchanges

For change of size, we offer exchanges on all Australian orders. Exchanges will be returned at the cost of the customer, with your new order being dispatched free of charge. Please email us with your order number and desired size to exchange for return instruction and so we can put aside your alternate size (subject to availability.) 

Unfortunately, at this stage, we cannot process international exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please purchase the size you need as soon as possible to secure the inventory and return your initial purchase for a full refund.
